After milking my stubborn cow from the front garden, I decided to go upstairs in my play room to check some old things and toys to sell.  Before doing so, I noticed some old cartons and boxes with few stuff inside. Out of curiosity, I checked them one by one.

I saw some old records, purse, books and photos inside. There are few photos with pets on it and they look so very familiar to me. Below is the first picture that caught my attention with notes written at the back that says:

“una fotografia del signorino bajernot e la sua segretaria”

I don’t understand what does it mean but I resemble to the one who’s standing and laughing at the shot. Another one interesting print I noticed below:

“monsieur bonjournot alias monsieur french toast avec son ami, ou le secretaire”

I found myself lost in translation. I don’t understand what it means but there is always this someone who looks just like me! This is completely insane and driving me crazy already! Then there’s another one that I think much older photo than the rest and it says like:

“sir raoulo badzeenot and his secretary general on duty”

I comprehend that one. But then how come I always look identical with the dude in the photos, and with the same lady all the time and she looks somehow like my best friend…Wanda? Nooo!! This can’t be real!! Does it simply say that this could be our great great ancestors and Wanda and I could be the latest generation of their lives? And we have had been together from the very early period of guarding royal palaces until the present time doing our head banging?! These photos just revealed something to me! Does it mean she could also be my… soul mate? (Blushed) Ummm…. I don’t know. But these photos made me completely happy for today and I think I have to show these to Wanda too! But wait; there is another shot that I think recognizable to me:

There is this dude again, my copycat and beside him looks like my friend Dr. Hummm! This is strange, but somehow wonderful! This is one day I will never forget, and before selling things and opening my kofi shop, first I must call Wanda and my friends to brag about these very old photographs I just discovered so we can celebrate and party!

Jaf visits me in my kofi shop once or twice a week, and we always share a chocolate cake and a sugar-free hot tea. She helped me design my kofi shop to make it look so nice, but she hanged a cage with a bird inside that doesn’t sing so nice. She told me that I should give discount to regular guests and friends, so people keep on coming even on quiet Lenten days. I told her if I do that I might not earn profit much, and my anti-social cow that gives the milk will definitely not understand.

Jaf is full of colors, so lively and leaps so high. Especially if she drinks a carton of that famous juice that we all have. She eats a lot, chat a lot and never seem to get tired… and I know through all these years she’s always the sweetest sister that I have (well, I don’t have any other siblings you know).

Jaf is also very kind to the closest friends I have. She loves to play and visit them if she ever gets a chance. My friends are also happy to see her every day, even if she sound like chatterbox to them but they don’t really care. They enjoy exchanging massive hugs to earn more coins per day, and get gold mystery boxes and plus 100 coins if claimed. But there are days if wigs are weird she also share some blues, with a friend they both struggle days and weeks without shampoo.

My sister is very talented and I’m happy that she is. She dance and entertains her friends, her petlings and even herself too. She has a dance hall in her house if you visit you will see, go dance with her all day, all night and she’ll serve a tea for free. Aside from dancing, my sister knows some skill on singing too. She tried her best to sing like diva but always out of tune. Well, it doesn’t matter; she doesn’t care and still sings if she wants to; to the nature, to the heavens, and even to those lifeless plushies too.

Jaf is my sister and my best friend too. She annoys me sometimes if she asks a lot and I don’t find it cute. I know I am her brother so with this I understand, to care, to answer her all the time the responsibility is all mine. So when her first birthday party happened just few months ago, I prepared the party place and all the things that she loves all the way through. From pink balloons, cakes and candies in those pretty jars, and lots of wines that made her guests got drunk and gone crazy too.

I hope you like this short narration I made about my sis. And promise me that she’ll be your friend even if she sings not really well. She dance, she chat and care for friends and you could be that one, just pay a visit in her house and things will be just fine!

My shop has reception and rooms to accept my friends or pets that have a complete amour to coffee, or pastries, or anything listed in my menu that they can try.

Below is the entrance of my kofi shop. You will see a covered table and benches to entertain pets who enjoy outdoor scene, can get a 100 worth of coins of Oktoberfest meal and yes of course they can still order anything inside my kofi shop. I tasked my petling Bruno to look after this front whenever I’m away or busy inside. He can take orders, so you don’t have to worry we’re trying to make our service excellent.

This is the first room of my kofi shop, and you will see me and my petling Sukatash and he is a blue cat. He is very choosy with his food and sometimes very choosy in servicing customers too. He can take orders, understand sign-languages and nods or some whistling will do.

This is the current set-up of this room for Halloween, not much seats available for pets right now as I need to put some decors on and few steamers to give warmth in the room and I will change it back to the old one for sure (sukatash is annoyed of the scarecrow that I put on the doorstep and he can’t focus on work properly).

And this is the VIP room. It is carpeted, with garden outside, a faster coffee maker, bigger pastry fridge and a bird hanging up there without any purpose at all. I don’t have a petling to attend this room but it has an expensive petlisa portrait to make it appear quite nice. I attend to this room most of the time.

Harvest time for my honey pots! I’m not going to space or dive into any ocean; it’s my protection suit from bees that produces that sweet stuff that I put on my kofi and teas.

One morning I went out to visit my friends. I got tired while walking and so I stopped by at the Cafe. It’s my favorite place and a good time to enjoy a hot coffee and a snack. Also, it’s another day for me to guess that usual three dots callout by the cashier with icing on his top.

As I finished my snack, I continued to visit my friends. I have a friend named Alice and she has a pizzeria in her house. She always gives me discount on any food and drinks, but reminds me too, to spare a tip as the cost of flour has risen again beyond her grasp.

I told Alice that I’ve been to the Café and noticed something there. I said I’ve seen some unclean pets with flies that glide around with them. I wish I could clean, I wish I can bathe them so they will look and feel good; she said that I can do it and can make coin earnings too.

Since then I visited the Café with soap along with me. I checked on every pet out there and cleaned them thoroughly. Day by day I earned more coins and earned some good friends too, but there are days some pets came there unclean and no clothes too.

I’m just a pet, simple and with not much option left; I cleaned them and gave some of my warm and comfy clothes as well. So there are days that I went home with bucket on my head, and a paper bag that I just grabbed from the Café’s cabinet. But one day the Café cashier said that paper bags are on thrift, and he gave me something just enough to save my face back home.

Then one night I thought of what’s the next best thing to do. I love to bathe unclean pets, get coins and meet new friends, but rubber tire around me gives my skin more itches too. If Alice has a pizzeria, maybe I can open one alike, but not another pasta shop that might spoil our friendship soon.

So the next day I decided what kind of shop to start. One that’s nice can serve some fries along with other dishes too. But still I want to see my friends and bathe them with my soap; and so a coffee shop I opened just for all of you.

My shop welcomes friends and other pets to try. I have my soap waiting for them with a petling on my side. It’s a place where I can bathe some pets to feel and look so nice, and smells so good like the Aroma from the coffee that I brew!

They are numerous, some are losing and others are growing. Indolence is inevitable and who matters are not those who just say they believe but rather those who dare to prove it.

When all things are done sacredly, flaws can be seen easily.  While on our way through our self-designed road to a promised blessedness, we overlook some paths taken by the others for a fear we might get lost. And when these are ignored, that is when we are lost.  Understanding does not necessarily mean submitting, tolerance is not all about embracing.

We all live socially, even inside our family. Self-centeredness can be infinity if we don’t dare open our door to reality. Our practices can be our life; it builds us or destroys us if we refuse to glance what’s on the outside. They are threat as they warned, but they could be the peace that we really seek.  They said things should always be like this, follow that and never to piss. There are rules, the do’s and dont’s, and much of these your head will start to pose. Head will spin, heart gets heavy, and later realize, faith is in the conscience you keep.

The world is us; and if we try to change it, it should first start from us.  To know what is within is where it should begin and what happens next let time take the spin. Strange all are we; among family and friends, and stranger we’ll always be if not seen and embraced sincerely. The society, community and the family around, they all live with us but not inside us. We filter standards and we filter people, and later find ourselves drained by our own self-principle.

Fenced inside our limits; so high, tough and barbed, coated by our values and blinded from the facts. A sharpened ground of faith that hates with soul standing ill, perceived as one of those who have the saddest of all fate.

Education, and more education? Frames of MA’s, PHD’s hanging in their living room aren’t sufficient enough confirmation that their judgment are fair and they are better than anyone else. People are wearing themselves out to earn more degree in a false hope to reach a higher degree of recognition and awards, yet they become too critical forgetting considerations, and exceedingly distant to understand the simplicity of things that made some of them in the lowest status in the society, ostracized. Intelligence is what they possess, but still they can be ignorant…they only care for things on their level, and not to all.

Let’s Party! You forgot knowing yourself more because you we’re too intoxicated last night and could be again tonight…and what matters is where the crowd hangs-out next and what’s the latest happenings and stories about the others that might make you resent and feel sorry to yourself again, and again…and again. “I fastened myself to the world, to all the things it offers and to everyone I really don’t like, and with this I believe I know better…I’m in the world, I know its pains and joys!” Yes it’s their world; a place of restlessness… and maturity is measured on the amount of consumed liquors per day or week, countless sleepless nights and lots of “I wish”. Deadened hearts and minds, they can still be ignorant…they only care for pleasures.

“Come with me to the light and you will have salvation…TCH!” Dogmatists have no place in this world. They have mastered the doctrines, habitually present in every meeting, but where are their minds really? Humans with hearts made of unadulterated prejudices, addicted to miracles as well as obsessed on social acceptance and flatteries, their minds are nowhere to be seen anymore…not even by them. They’re vainly trying hard to save others souls through prayers sealed in an envelope, with scripted chants repeated endlessly to the gods of heavens as if those are hearing impaired and without knowing the prayer of an ant is effective than theirs. Rapid conclusion, that’s what their purpose is. They sentence anyone faster than a lightning without consulting their countenance in the mirror. They can still be ignorant, and mostly they are…for they only care is how to look perfect and sacred…and that’s all.

Eyes and ears perceived things, your thoughts can dwindle anytime to execute pain or joy to anyone with a big help from your speech. But if such speech is engulfed with shallow observations, architected with hate and jealousy and not by facts and fairness… you better be mute for life rather than quacking your decency and parading your imbecile ness in the affairs. As the tongue of your judgment spread malice persistently, your thought is going to where those words reach as well, and you too made an impression of yourself…made you even worst than the subject you degrade.

Too much recognition, pleasures and righteousness prop-up nothing but divisions between men… families and friends, and the knowledge for the root of things were deprived. Ignorance is indeed the top of the game they play and not just those they really enjoy in a great deal, and they prefer it that way. They live their lives based on the world’s checklists, and manipulate those surrounding them to achieve fame. If the laziness to investigate truth should also come with the laziness to cast out opinion easily, then there will be no offense…and no more excuses.

I stayed in a mini hotel-like place where a good friend stays as well and just a door apart from me, sweet! My first night was spent on dinner with some friends and later hanged-out in a sardine-like discotheque nearby. After being suffocated and got bored standing without moving we decided to unwind in an open-air situate for some tea and wine. The partying and chatting didn’t last that long as I requested to retire early for an adventure plan with my friend the next day and must be very early for the pick-up time.

The day of adventure has arrived and I’m the only one going due to my friend’s inability to come-up with her decision to go and preferred to sleep more and enjoy the presence of her family. After being picked-up from my place, we bore some tiring and rocky mountain trip. Upon reaching the place, we were welcomed by some coordinators who served us with early morning breakfast and freshly brewed coffee just before leaving for an awesome pursuit… The Flight of the Gibbon!

No monkeys flying and dangling here. Flight of the Gibbon is one of the most highlighted activities in Chiang Mai and gained lots of popularity and attention especially by foreigners visiting the city. Here you are equipped with belts tied around your body, a crash helmet and a Y-wooden stick you need to use to minimize the speed of your flight as you approach a stop and heard the warning yell “Break!!” This is where I almost got deaf with the loudness of my own scream like an excitement of riding a roller-coaster. From this experience I also chuckled several times hearing some Jews from Israel were I was teamed-up as they shouted “Buddha Bless, Buddha Bless!!” while on their flight and when it’s over they will utter “God bless Buddha!” Tsk tsk…. followers really they are. No kidding!

After claiming my free t-shirt for the adventure, lunch was served with another round of freshly brewed coffee and cold drinks after that huge excitement and later sent back to our places. The next day and yes it’s my birthday again, me and my amigas went to this famous Mae Sa waterfalls to refresh ourselves from the terrible heat during that season. The water from the mountain was cool enough that I shivered on my first splash, but later on got used to it when soaked for a long time. It’s a very comfortable place to hang-out in groups as you can rent a mat and a basket to put all the stuff you purchased (like food, snacks, beers etc) from the near entrance before going up to reach the waters.

After several hours of chatting, eating and drinking we finally decided to dry ourselves and head back home. It’s getting late in the afternoon and people are starting to disappear one by one and it’s still an hour drive back to the city proper. So, after the adventure and the cool water escapades, next is another kinda big thing to take pleasure in, the last day Songkraning!

While on our way to the meeting place via tuktuk, me and my friend almost got drowned as people threw water on us from each and every streets we passed by.  There was this incident that we felt like it was a bucket-full was splashed on our face and a 5-second silence emanated within before we caught our breath and laughed hard back again. The party place was graced with huge crowd, drenched and dancing to the music played by live-artists performing every block on the street. Water sprinklers and hoses are everywhere so there is no way you couldn’t get out of this place without getting wet. The music, the water and few beers while the sun was up was such a good party combo and this I can say the most terrific Songkran Festival I’ve ever celebrated. If there is one fantastic place in Thailand where Songkran is worth enjoying, it’s in Chiang Mai.

The same day when darkness set-in and after getting showered and dried, we grabbed some few drinks in this popular dining they call Monkey Bar. The live music was good and the place is spacious, packed with many locals and few foreigners. The day was called off and we all went back to our nests for a deserving rest after a tiring and drunken day of feasting.

As the plane started to rise from the runway (heading back to Bangkok), I felt like another part of somewhere else is injected again inside my veins circulating the same blood vessels that keeps me breathing and pleased with every jaunts I make. The experience, the people, the tradition and the adventure are things worth reminiscing, and the very reason why I penned my travels is to share how wonderful the feeling is and always. Life isn’t all about the stress of workload and dramas of relationship, let’s set a corner where we can scream and laugh out loud as if its our last day we have on earth.

“Honestly, if you’re not willing to sound stupid you don’t deserve to be in love.” Can this be real? Well of course! Who made it to be so smartly in-love without giving-up their egos and losing their selves just to keep a relationship and please their partners? But if you’re a complete self-centered, selfish person who only cares for what you get and manipulate your partner on your best interest, better buy a dog or any furry animal and content yourself then.

Oliver and Emily met in a very funny and sexy situation on their way to New York. After having fun wandering places in the city, sharing stories and some few alcohols, Oliver bragged about having a plan of a successful career, job and raising a family. Realizing they are poorly suited to each other, they decided to meet-up after six years and see what’s next. Within the period of six years they occasionally call and meet-up especially when they’re broken hearted. They listened, party, dine just like any ordinary friends do (well of course they still enjoy some “special” time).

Several years had gone Oliver found himself jobless, broke and living with his parents again. With not much dignity and options left, he tried to connect with Emily and then later things went well between them, as lovers this time. But what made me like this movie after all? For Oliver’s side, I admire his guts to make him self ready for love even if he has nothing to offer. And for Emily, after discovering what’s inside that old film, it’s good enough reason to give a chance with Oliver who has nothing to offer except his love.

Finding love is not hard only if we avail our self to it. We can decide who to love and when to love the moment we feel that very special sincere feeling to someone. Do we really need gigantic plans to impress somebody? Or a huge bank account laid on us will definitely make us jump into a relationship? It’s too material isn’t it? Omitting that very dark side of reality, we still need to take chances. But then we also knew that no matter how far we chase a star and grabbed it in our hands… if it won’t shine on us, we should better let loose. We can always be hopeful for the next one coming anyway. Am I relating to what I’m saying here? Hurt of letting go of something special or whatever?

Well, if it wasn’t love, it was a lot like it!!!
